All Gulaboo services require full payment at the time of booking or purchase and are non-refundable.

Catering: Reschedule without penalty with at least 72 hours’ notice; later requests forfeit payment.

Mahfil: Reschedule without penalty with at least 24 hours’ notice; later requests forfeit payment.

Nazrana: No refunds. Damaged items reported within 48 hours of delivery (with photos) may be replaced or reimbursed.

All services require full payment at booking and are non-refundable. Catering can be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice; Mahfil with 24 hours’ notice. Nazrana gift boxes are non-refundable. Damaged Nazrana items reported within 48 hours (with photos) may be replaced or reimbursed.
