Welcome to Gulaboo. By accessing or using our Catering services, Mahfil special events, or Nazrana gift boxes, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Gulaboo provides three core services: Catering – Bespoke Catering for private, corporate, and special occasions; Mahfil – Curated Dining Experiences and themed Special Events; Nazrana – Handcrafted Gift Boxes. Menus and product designs depend on seasonal availability. Minor ingredient or presentation changes may be made to maintain quality and freshness.

2. Bookings & Orders

For all Gulaboo services, full payment is required at the time of booking or purchase and is non-refundable. Service-specific conditions are as follows:

Catering – Full payment is required to secure the Catering date. You may reschedule without penalty if you notify Gulaboo at least 72 hours before the scheduled event. Requests made less than 72 hours before the event cannot be rescheduled, and payment will be forfeited.

Mahfil – Full payment is required when booking a Mahfil event. You may reschedule without penalty if you notify Gulaboo at least 24 hours before the scheduled event. Requests made less than 24 hours before the event cannot be rescheduled, and payment will be forfeited.

Nazrana – Full payment is required at the time of order. Nazrana boxes are non-refundable. If items are damaged during delivery, please contact Gulaboo within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. After review, we will reimburse or replace the damaged items at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods: Major Cards and Digital Wallets. Payment must clear in full before any service is provided or goods are dispatched.

4. Event Day Responsibilities

Any loss or damage to Gulaboo equipment caused by the customer or their guests will be charged to the customer.

5. Dietary Requirements & Allergies

We take food allergies and dietary restrictions seriously. Customers must provide all dietary and allergy requirements in writing when booking. While we take reasonable precautions, Gulaboo does not guarantee an allergen-free environment or the prevention of cross-contamination. Our chicken is halal. Most of our food items contain dairy, nuts, seeds, and gluten and are non-alterable. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should carefully review menu options and discuss concerns before booking.

6. Liability

Gulaboo complies with Australian food safety regulations and prepares food to the highest hygiene standards. Gulaboo is not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, venue issues, or force majeure.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If our services are not provided with due care and skill or are not as described, you are entitled to remedies provided by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and branding on https://gulaboo.com.au remain the property of Gulaboo and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we protect your data and comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates take effect immediately when posted on our website.
